Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues outside our control. TKS NOVA is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always assist you in resolving any issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, contact your local carrier, and wait 2–3 additional business days. If confirmed lost, email us at tksnova7@gmail.com.
Incorrect Shipping Address
