30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Used, washed, or altered items
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged, defective, or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at tksnova7@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
